AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My previous employer used this company to deal with payroll, holidays etc. Once leaving my employer, I was left to deal with ABS to sort my remaining holiday pay. This was nothing short of a nightmare - being accused of owing money for holiday days I had not used and being verbally abused over the phone stating "well what are you gonna do about it?". After numerous e-mails to them (Felicity - in particular) where I made her aware of all the calculation errors she had made and that I was getting advice from ACAS and the Citizens Advice against them. It took several attempts from herself to argue the point with me along with short and poorly written e-mails which were unprofessional with no attempt to be grammatically correct. She wrongly calculated my remaining holidays around 4 times missing off months of work and payslips. It took weeks - but in the end after ALOT of work contacting them and calling them when my e-mails were blocked. But I got the holiday pay I was entitled to - over £250! So if you want to be spoken to like you're an idiot and have to stay up late doing your research and doing the work of an accountant then this is the company for you!

Cannot fault Tom. He has been our accountant for several years and provides far more than standard accounting services. Any problem to do with finances he always provides support. His guidance has been invaluable to building up my wife’s business to the success that it is. He is always on hand to help and answer queries.

I don’t we have ever experienced this kind of A++ service ANYWHERE else.

I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is an ex Navy veteran and continues to serve his customers in the same dedication that he no doubt did to his country.

He is a champion of shopping local, not only his services but ALL local businesses.

You can’t go wrong with such a dedicated service provider.

I'll be warning my employer to change firms right away. And would warn anyone against using them.
Their customer service when I called up was terrible, the emails I have had are short, rude and unhelpful. They have caused me to receive bank fines because they have made late payments.

Stay away from this place!!
