I asked them to refurbish my old gates which were 21 years old and very rusty and I was told they were very busy so we agreed at date fore them to pick them up. I asked them to come a bit earlier as a builder was coming to do some work and he could then put his truck on the drive, to which they agreed. When the work was done and they wanted to return the gates , I asked them to postpone it a few days as my camper would not be on the drive, they agreed with this. I am not saying they can be this flexible all the time as they are very busy, but it worked perfectly for me. The quality of the work was excellent, I could not be more pleased with the finished results. I would recommend them any time to do any iron work.

I appreciate people are busy and that's good to hear but communication is terrible I'd called, sent pictures, met to discuss requirements of custom railings and emailed to follow up, confirmed an order in writing as I'd hear nothing back. only to be told they needed to increase the price. Now missed slots with others. Not great.

Acaster Forge made me some great wrought Iron railings for my house, they also worked with a local supplier to replace the stones the railings sit in. More recently they made me a nice stand for a barbeque.
Book early because they are generally busy.

These guys are just the very best and right at the top of their game. Yes they are busy, that’s because their workmanship is incredible and if you want the best you have to be patient, these are difficult times.
They have just built me a fantastic new pontoon for my boat, they also came and fitted it, no fuss, kept me in the loop and the job is fantastic.
