There were a few entrances and good security, and it was easy to access the building, and it was clean.
All the staff were helpful, especially the lady who was due to have her baby.
The storage unit we purchased was 35 sq ft, which was enough.
It was discounted from £150 to £75 for the first 2 months but must get the insurance of £25
The only thing was it didn't open until 9 and shut at 6, so I had to travel during rush hour and wait until it opened.

This company was exceptional, from start to finish, Badour was crystal clear and patient with me as i asked many questions. I have recently dealt with Safestore and I spoke with someone named Morgan on the phone, he has been very nice and so helpful and really took the time to explain to me each and everything. He accompanied me through the whole process and even when I went to the store, the store manager was very nice and so helpful and so friendly. I definitely recommend them. Great store , staff are always helpful and polite !
Easy access and great security so it’s a peace of mind that my property is always safe. The free use Trolleys are always really helpful too! Prices are lowest in the area as well. Very informative!!

After being there for the second time I needed a storage unit for a week from September 12th until September 19th. But I had to book for a month with their promise of refunding me within the first month. After the first month I had to keep calling every single day and email them to get my money back they would say it’s gonna come through in few days and they would never update me. I talked to couple of people there. The most common reason I talked to was (Neha). I got my money on the 21 of November, after being told that I was going to get paid 2 weeks prior. Never will I use their services.

Superb service, I am really happy with the service provided, the storage given, Neiha and Holly were just brilliant and amazing, solved everything pretty quickly and they two deserve more than 5 stars. I would supper recommend Access storage.
