Had problems with a lever that stopped working i France , where none could help. Called the shop and was afsked to show up. On arrival a clever mechanic fixed the problem in 10 minuts without charge. Thank you very much.

Simply wonderful.
We rode from Hamburg to Land's End. Unfortunately, the front brake and the left crank on my gravel bike became lose and sounded like Christmas was coming early this year, when we started for the ferry in Dunkerque.

Best dealer I've ever been to. Super quick job, everything sounds and feels like new, nice people through and through (which might sometimes be hard to find when looking for bike stores, if you know, you know). Plus they recommended a really nice café, where we killed some time rearranging the day.

Also really good place to stock up for your tour.

These absolute legends saved my old girl on Wednesday, I popped by in the morning a damsel in distress, with my pride and joy all seized up and rode away in the afternoon the happiest gal in folkestone!! Can't recommend them enough, they really put themselves out to help me, and managed to repair my bike without needing to replace any parts, they were very thorough and took her for a spin to make sure she was 100% giving me advice on other parts I had asked about also, I will be back here for sure! These guys are a fountain of knowledge and skill, 100% recommend 👌🏼 #specializedrockhopper

Had a bike fit here today. Superb service. I didn't go in for a bike, but they had some amazing bikes in there and when I'm in the market I'd absolutely go back. Also looked to have an excellent accessory section.

Edit: email was cc'ed from your webpage see attached. These calipers were installed in 2016, you are the first mechanics who couldn't align it.

Avoid - poor workmanship. During the service back in May, a new brake pads were misaligned and caused rapture in my brand new Gatorskin tire on steep downhill. Emailed Active with photographs and details to give them an opportunity to put things right but received no response at all.
