We did lots of research to decide on our second incinerator as we have had a very bad experience with our first incinerator company. We reached out to Kim who was more than happy to help and invited us to the factory to see how it all works. Addfield’s ethos matches ours and we felt comfortable buying from them.
Kim went over and above to help us through the process. We can’t thank them all enough.

We have been open as a pet crematorium for almost a year now.
Our first phone call to James at Addfield asking for advice gave us the support and encouragement we needed to see this through. We took a visit to see how the equipment is made, many an email , many more phone calls. And everyone was was always on hand to offer guidance and advice.
installation day was fantastic , we got to meet yet more Addfield team members. We did have a slight hick up. Which was swiftly rectified.
Once installed and we were left to open, we were not left on our own.
Stuart has been brilliant, at the end of WhatsApp and the phone when we needed support.
Any questions, queries, wobble worries, have been dealt with.
When first being introduced to Addfield they said they would provide support before, during and after and they certainly stuck to their word.
As a small bespoke business we know that we can confidently offer our clients all they need as we have no behind the scenes worries with our equipment, and any concerns we do have are ironed out immediately by James, Stuart, Sam and the rest of the Addfield team.

First of all my compliments to everyone at Addfield, allow me to inform you that after a long period with the incinerator inoperative, the equipment is now working.
I would like to thank Sam and David for their help.
I would like to take this opportunity to ask a special favor to the management of Addfield regarding the staff that works in the operation of the incinerator in São Tomé and Principe.
Since 2019, Addfield has set up the incinerator and has sent the technical engineers to São Tomé and Principe three times to maintain the equipment. The technical engineers have trained me and my staff, who have been giving our best to manage the waste and the equipment itself, for the last 4 years. Thank everyone...
