Poor experience. After taking payment will not comfirm lead time. Products which showing in stock weeks and weeks on back order. Ended up cancelling the order due to lack of customer service response and ordering from rival who were both cheaper and quicker at fulfilling our orders. Will definitely avoid ADI for our future orders. Just not a business you can trust

I have been using ADI for over 30 years.

Nathan and the team at ADI Chadderton are a pleasure to work with, I email in my order so it can be picked and ready to collect and several times when I have emailed the evening before Nathan has responded at 7.30 or 8 o'clock that same night to let me know it will be ready. Always plenty of stock of the alarm equipment and CCTV stuff that I use and a free brew, what more could you want ?

The staff are wealth of knowledge if I'm unsure about a product or a solution to a client request and the free training courses I have taken part in have been well worth attending and have always extended my knowledge.

Been using ADI for 10+ years. The full team on sales counter are brilliant and i have made some good friends with them over the years. Always ready to help as best they can. Since Nathan became manager its been so much better and he really does go above and beyond for you. Cant fault them at all. Great company great staff. Warehouse are a bit slow at times but they will make you a brew whilst you wait so not all bad ?

I've been using ADI global now, for around 7 years, since they was at their old premises. Since moving to their new premises, things have become so much more streamlined (not that it was bad before). I think this is partly due to the bigger site, but primarily due to the new manager in the trade department.
The staff are friendly, professional and always happy to help. The prices are very competitive, so much so, this is now the only distributor I use for my security equipment.
Not sure who has written the poor reviews? But I can assure you, I've NEVER experienced anything like they say.

ADI, Oldham Branch are our go to supplier for our security needs. Nathan and his staff have gone above beyond to help with some recent large projects.
Whilst the team do a great job, I do still find the web site is pants and doesn't make our job any easier!
I find it easier to search on a rival's website to find the product I need, then search the ADI site with the product code.
