We worked with ADS and IOTA on all of the custom planters for our Chelsea Flower Show garden and we could not have wished for a better experience.
The designs were incredibly complicated and ADS handled the project with ease and even making adjustments to improve each element.

Every job we send to ADS is last minute, and every time they pull it out the bag for us. Working with them for well over the past 15 years they're our go to fabricator and laser cutters. Quality service from quality people, they help us do what we do.

We did a number of sheet metal order with ADS and every time their service and part quality was very good. They also inspect each part properly and warn you about potential imperfections that may happen after bending and suggest possible changes to improve it. A few times it happened that there were some delays with their material supply and they run a bit over the initially estimated lead time, which is understandable and in other times they finished the job on time or faster. When placing an order I would recommend in any case to allocate a few days extra on top of the estimated lead time in case of unpredictable circumstances on either side, which something nobody can control. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company and we will continue working with them!
One small tip: if you are ordering a small batch of parts, order two or three copies of each. You would have extra spares and the cost per part would be nearly two or three times cheaper.
