ADS were willing to collect the skip that was ordered by my builders despite ADS and me having issues such as we have stopped our relationship with the builders. ADS were left in a difficult position and were pleasant and professional at all times. Renown Building & Maintenance, not so much. I would recommend ADS to anyone.

We booked an 8 yd skip through ADS to clear my mother-in-law's house, initially because a skip gave us greater flexibility when compared with a man and van as you have to specify what items are to be cleared. It turned out that the skip was also slightly less expensive. The day before delivery, we needed to book a second skip and this was organised very efficiently. From the moment I telephoned with my initial enquiry to the last skip leaving, my customer experience was professional, I'd go as far as to say, perfect.

Have hired around 10 skips from this company over the last 6 months - requested a collection of the most recent on 2.11.20 and was told it would be collected back end of the working week, its now Friday and despite calls to them Wednesday, Thursday and today its still not been collected. Their tone on the phone is one of we don't care and customer service is none existent. They are too busy to care, the phone operator said 'you have had this skip since 1st October and you have only just called us to collect' AND!! what has that got to do with anything. I will NOT be using this company again.
