Very bad experience with this company. Communication very poor. I've purchased pearl blue paint to suit original paint of my motorcycle (advertise as Suzuki paint), after the purchase I have received the phone call with info that this paint require 2-stage paint and inform me that I have to pay extra for additional layer (not specified on their website). Anyway I have paid extra as I hope I've bought right paint. Contact the seller for technical information as the website does not specified "two-stage" coats - I've received absolutely useless answer after couple of days that all information are on the website. So I've contacted the professional paint shop which helped me with this.
After I've paint the panel the colour was completely differ to this what it should be, I have send the pictures to the seller asking for opinion / help - never gets reply. It looks like they are praying on people like myself.
Very unprofessional and unhelpful shop / customer service.

I ordered some 2k from advanced paints. Upon placing my order I realised that I had ordered the wrong colour and when I asked if I could amend this Clayton was very understanding and helpful. The coating arrived very quickly and very well packaged. I have used the products I ordered so I could refurb my wheels and they are perfect. Thank you

This company should be rated much higher, don't listen to the bad reviews and give them a try, I am a newbie painter and had no issues at all...

I was looking for some paint to do some wheels and came across advancedpaints, I placed my order. Anyway a day later I thought it was strange they didn't send me an email to confirm, so I looked at their reviews and instantly thought I was getting scammed and nearly cancelled my order..
I am so glad I didn't as everything I have used has worked perfectly and I am extremely happy with the result.

Stellar service from Jemma! All I wanted was some rattle cans so I could do some minor touch ups on my car. Every paint supplier I've been too treated me like I was an idiot and directed me to a body shop because I was after an aerosol in a pretty awkward 2-stage pearlescent white. Within seconds of giving Jemma my paint code, she provided everything I needed and gave me a quote with no fuss. They even deliver to RoI!

Recently ordered several cans of aerosol paint for my car and alloy wheels. I had made a phone call with the company before purchase who seemed very polite and helpful before the sale. Ordered several cans of 2K (2 component) clearcoat. Upon arrival notice the 2K clearcoat was in a standard Aerosol can with no activation trigger to release the hardening agent so assumed there was an error and mislabelling. Called the company to resolve the matter. Was Informed this wasn't an error and the apparent 2K paint has an additive which is mixed into the paint and then put in standard cans. THIS IS NOT 2K PAINT! 2k or otherwise known as 2 component paint is what the name describes.. TWO SEPARATE COMPONENTS.. a base component and a harder or activator which are to be mixed together at the time of use. Putting an 'Additive' in a solution and mixing it up before sale is 1K. Im shocked how this is allowed to happen and its grossly misleading and false advertising. DONT NOT BUY if you are hoping for 2K paint. Not only have I wasted money of 3 cans of Clearcoat my dilemma now is wether to use the basecoat i also ordered from the company as Ive lost any trust that what is in these cans is genuine.

Absolutely terrible customer service when enquiring on the correct use of their 2K clear coat. Turns out their 2K products are garbage, not true 2 component, and it never fully hardens regardless of what "instructions" they tell you to follow.
Not willing to refund unless I return what's left of the product at my own cost to "test" if I am a liar or not - pretty sure that would just lead to a their word over mine situation and I'd still be out of pocket and time.

I now have 4 panels I need to fix cause of these mis-sold products.

Won't use or recommend this company again.
