We ordered two elephants 90cm each from Agrumi Ltd and paid in full in August 2016.
They were delivered on the day of the wedding ie 4/9/2016 at 7am. The wedding was at 9am. I saw the elephants on the day and notice that they were small. The delivery driver also tried to call Stanley Jackson the owner of the company but was unable to get in touch with him. At noon they were collected by another company and placed in storage. I raised my concern with Agrumi on 8/9/16 and Shaun who resides in Canada responded by saying that I should send him the size when I get them. Now the company are refusing to replace them as we would like to replace them with the correct size. In fact they are now asking for an additional fee of £200 FOR THE HIRE AND that I should return them first before they replace it and pay and additional £200 for the hire. This has been going on since the 8/9 when I first raised my compliant.

After searching all over southern England for good quality box balls I at last found Agrumi. The ever helpful staff were fast and effecient at replying to my, addmittedly, lenghthy emails and were extrememly knowledgable. It's great to find people who know what they are talking about and who are clearly passionate about plants. The large number of plants I ordered were delivered on time by their own courier and arrived healthy, clearly having been well cared for. Overall, I am very pleased and would highly recommend Agrumi.
