Having worked with many cleaning providers over the years I am so pleased I found Aim as working with them and their team over the last 4 years has been fantastic. From Debbie who I still keep in contact with to our cleaners Joel and Bruna they are such a great team that can’t do enough for me and the staff at Folio. Our staff have really taken to the cleaners and I hope they feel that too. I look forward to many more years working with this tremendous team at Aim.

We have a very negative experience with this company. We found communication to be the biggest issue. Our account manager did not look after our business needs and often it would be us contacting her for things that went wrong. Seems like regular feedback or briefing was not carried out amongst her and the cleaner who attended site. Cleaning was ok but not the best, as dust or imperfections could always be spotted the morning after cleaning was done at the office. Professionalism needs work.

Having been recommended a few cleaning companies when we moved in to our new office 2 years ago, we opted to go with AIM. I met Debbie and Paul, who put together a very professional quote, and were extremely friendly and approachable. Their staff are fully vetted - hugely important to us, as we deal with sensitive data - and I felt totally secure that we were making the right choice.
On the one occasion our cleaner did not turn up (due to sickness), this was highlighted and dealt with within a matter of hours, along with an apology and follow up email subsequently to ensure all was to our satisfaction.
The standard of cleaning has always been very high, and we have never had cause to complain. In fact, the cleaner's often go above and beyond their remit.
AIM also pay the Living Wage, something which we as a company feel very strongly about.
I can recommend Debbie and her team without hesitation.

The company it's self once been there afew weeks get left alone with no problems it all depends if like me your working with another cleaner if there no good and can't do job right and using all chemicals up mixing toilet cleaner with floor cleaner and cause problems in store you will get blamed also i have reported loads of times managers just comes down tells them and just does it again i have a nightmare cleaner and had 5 managers in the years been there not much can do put up with it or leave shes making the company look bad and still working there

Worst experience dealing with this company. Just terminated the contract, manager walked out without any arguments. They were hired to (Un)clean our clinic on shooters Hill road, and we ended up cleaning our place. Please avoid them.
