AirTech are a first class, professional company, who put service, integrity, and professionalism at the heart of what they do. Their engineer Dan who visited our property was courteous and clearly an expert at what he does. He took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong with our system, and what he did to fix it. He had a real ‘can do’ approach to his work and was a superb representative for his company. In all respects I cannot speak more highly of this company - the positive, cheery manner from reception to the accounts department, and Paula who somehow managed to squeeze me in when I was in a bit of a jam. I won’t be going anywhere else in future. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you want to experience value for money and plain old-fashioned excellent service - give AirTech a call!

Thank you to Ollie who went above and beyond on Wednesday to make sure my air conditioning was ready for the summer. He took apart the unit and took all the components outside to be cleaned. The engineer was also early and made sure his working area was clean and tidy. I have requested that he comes again to do my yearly service. Thank you Airtech for the great service.

My aircon install was a bit unusual as it spanned over 2 years and yet the installers worked around this no problem. They were extremely helpful in planning pipe runs and choosing suitable locations for the indoor units.

They worked very efficiently and got everything installed and working perfectly.

Joe and his team were great from the start with the quote to the finish. Joe listened to our requests and what we wanted from the ac and helped us choose the suitable unit for us. They were very thorough and paid attention to aesthetic along with functioning and made sure it looked as good as possible along with effective. They even cleaned afterwards. Great job! Really great service from the initial call, booking process to both technicians on the day. Very professional. Care taken in the property. Both clearly very knowledgeable with experience. Start to finish was a very easy process. Not always the case with general household maintenance/repairs! Needless to say, would recommend without hesitation and will be using again.

Airtech designed and installed a very complicated and high powered air conditioning system for one of our luxury residential projects in Belgravia and we found the experience to be very positive. Philip was on hand to assist with the initial design stage and all the way through to installation on site. He and his team ensured that they coordinated their work with the architects by providing technical drawings that could be incorporated into the design scheme to ensure everything could be considered before construction.

Philip is an absolute gentlemen. I rang up to find out about all the latest green possibilties for our new build. Philip came across as very honest: he gave the disadvantages, real warts and all and even talked me out of some very expensive fads I was hoping for, contrary to his own interests, as being unsuitable for what we are looking to achieve.
It is a shame that more people aren't like Airtech. You can be sure I'll be coming back to them when I have rethought my plans as he gives honest advice from the customer perspective, not the hard sell
