I was happy with the product but amazed and disappointed by the lack of customer service. It was 2 months before I was able to install the splashback- too long apparently to expect an apology or get a refund for the glue which I had paid for and which was never sent. My enquiry was responded to with a quote from the sale of goods act! No apology or interest in rectifying their problem. I certainly won't be buying from Alco Engineering again.

A simple, quick and painless ordering process. Brilliant product (Farrow and Ball green/blue glass splashback with stainless steel utensil rail) - perfect match to kitchen cupboards. Arrived in tact, with all fittings. No issues. Superb customer service, friendly, responsive, ‘can do’ approach. Highly recommended.

Ordered a bespoke size stainless steel splashback, sadly it was warped and wouldn't fit flush with the wall. They sent a replacement FOC which arrived within a few days, so cudos for sorting out the problem. Our fitter had fitted loads of splashbacks from Alco and never had an issue, so it looks like this was a one off problem, which was quickly resolved. I can recommend them to others
