YOU DO NOT WANT TO ORDER BOXES FROM THIS COMPANY
They quoted us for the cardboard box and cardboard insert but instead provided us with art-card box where the card is suitable only for business cards. We are not the experts in packaging materials so we trusted our extensive description of a product , its purpose and the potential value order from major retailer in the UK will be taken seriously and with suitable professionalism. We have received a feedback on the packaging and also the photo of that had happened during the delivery. Mind you - this box was delivered with next day delivery in extra packaging and bubble wrap inside the box. The prospective client didn't want to discuss the 15,000 units order based on the packaging of the product. We also offered to All Custom Boxes our personal visit to make sure the packaging is suitable and will withstand the expected order. It was declined. See the attached photo for the review of what cowboys the Online Custom Boxes are. They might be good for pizza boxes, not the product of a significant value. So if you care about your reputation as a company, STAY AWAY....

After looking for hours on the internet, I finally decided to get my products printed from All custom boxes UK. I am glad by my decision because the products are exactly as I expected them to be. Wasted money and time. The product meant to be perfect for the purpose. As a client we expressed our needs and where the product is being sent for review. We paid 500 GBP for 5 boxes. Received just 4, out of which 2 were completely damaged. Before placing the order we asked if the product is made in UK - we were to ld yes. But our boxes were shipped from Pakistan!!
Cost - additional 150GBP. And they say on the website no hidden costs. We have used reviews and good online chat service for a good prognosis for quality product. But the good and instant contact is the only good thing the company was able to offer to us. We had sent our product to the retailer as it was our deadline - and the response on the packaging: unprofessional. Don't recommend.
