Went in to get a whole host of stainless nuts and bolts to replace the corroded ones on my cars and bikes. The staff were very polite and helpful and the prices were very competitive. Will absolutely use again in future

Disappointing to be honest. Found them unhelpful to the point of rude. No customer service, a £20 minimum purchase. Obviously making enough money from other mugs. Ron’s stores in rodbourne is the place to go.

Never been somewhere so unhelpful in my life, I felt like an interruption of thier day. And the £20 minimum spend is ridiculous and a rip off. I visit lots of small retailers like this all over in my job, but they win most miserable retailer of the year hands down

M10 nut 25p M10 washers 25p25p each you have to spend £4.00 to buy and you can not choose what you want to spend your money on they tell you. When I went back the magager just grined I have been using then for 25 years no moor custom from me
