Robin has recently fitted a Vortex Neon hot tub for me. He has gone above and beyond to assist me with the decision - even arranging me to view a similar tub he'd installed for another (very happy) customer. The installation process went extremely smoothly and he's also resolved a couple of teething issues post installation with no fuss or delay. I love our new tub! I would highly recommend Robin and Allspa.

I don't know how people could write bad reviews, all because they want more for nothing.
Rob & Scotty went above and beyond to help me out. They had a very difficult task ahead to position my hot tub.
Although being close to being defeated they persevered and worked out a way to fit through a tight space.
Rob was very thorough at the showroom, explained costs, efficiency, the make, model and where it was made and shipped from.
A very good intel of knowledge.
After the hot tub was successfully installed, Rob went through each and individual device on the hot tub, so I would know how to operate it correctly.
The next day Rob came round after the hot tub had been filled to show me how and when to use chemicals required.
Despite the stress I may have caused Rob installing the hot tub, I've never known such a nice, calm, down to earth friendly person.
So ignore all the negativity on the other reviews, go and see for yourself and have a chat with Rob. He will try and help you as much as he can.

Allspa supplied and fitted our Vortex Cerium tub in our garden over a year ago and without a doubt it is one of the best things we have ever bought. We use it daily, winter and summer, and thanks to Robin’s efficient maintenance contract we never have to worry about anything going wrong. We recently also decided to invest in a Heat Pump and an In.Clear unit. Robin spent a lot of time giving us a full demonstration and explained the economics involved. We are delighted. The Heat Pump only needs to kick in occasionally and even then is super quiet - but has literally halved our fuel bill (and we keep our tub hot at 40 degrees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). What an investment! The In.Clear system works like magic. We no longer worry about testing strips or adding chemicals because the water is absolutely crystal clear all the time. I cannot recommend Allspa and the services they provide enough.

We just had allspa fit a new bromine unit and a new heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is amazing taking our tub up to 38deg c just using the heat from the air. Absolutely can recommend having them fitted and looking forward to a reduction in our electricity bill!

We approached Allspa to install an air-source heat pump to our existing hottub. A complex job, in a hard to access pump room, but Robin worked tirelessly to fit it. It has been a huge success and has immediately and drastically cut our energy use. It’s hard to find a good hottub engineer and Robin is highly skilled, hugely knowledgable about products and very prompt at fitting in the work. I can highly recommend Allspa.

I bought a Hot Tub last year from AllSpa, and it has been amazing! the installation was a tight fit, but the guys managed to fit it and install it perfectly and professionally. The customer service is 10/10 and the Hot tub is 10/10, we use it most days and we love it! If you want a great hot tub, and a great team behind it, AllSpa is the place to go. I can't recommend them enough.

Hot Tub just installed by Spa monster and its excellent. Great value for money and yet still with all the industry Geko parts. Looked at a number of suppliers and the quality compares but at a lower price. Robin came to survey the access to ensure that the tub could be installed OK and advised on the electrics that we would need. Really friendly, knowledgeable installation team who set it all up for us. Used the Spa every day and loving it!!
Great product without the hefty price tag!!
