Had to chase for key code and Internet access. highlighted there was no kettle present was asked to go and get one from one of the other properties . No tea towels either no response to that. Glass on shower filthy, dead bugs over the floor.in th lounge. Worse issue was with heating it was 31 degrees which was unbearable for my dog and I was advised to just switch the heating off or just leave on the hot water on which still meant rads were on sreal just left to get on with it .
