I recently passed my AM2 exam on my second attempt, and I wanted to share my experience. First off, I highly recommend being thoroughly prepared as my first attempt was my fault and self-confidence. The exam is designed to test your skills and knowledge, so there’s no room for shortcuts.

The assessor was excellent—very professional and clear in explaining what was expected. However, once the assessment starts, it’s all up to you. There’s no help allowed, no phones, or any electronic devices permitted, which ensures a completely fair and unbiased exam.

My advice? Take your time to study and practice as much as you can before the test, look online videos, and take practice. It’s a challenging but fair exam, and passing it feels like a real accomplishment!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The assessor was friendly and calming which helped alleviate a lot of the stress when I was being assessed.

The location itself is lovely; Easily one of the best training/assessment centre's I've been to; The centre was new, clean, warm, well equipped, nicely decorated, in a good location for road and rail access, with free parking on-site. Literally can't fault a single thing about the owner or the location itself!

My experience from start to finish was better than I expected with it being an end point assessment. The customer service was excellent, the assessor made sure you understood what he explained and also made you feel comfortable and relaxed. They were polite, the centre is well maintained and overall a great experience. I would 1000% recommend this centre! Thanks again guys

I had a very positive experience at every step.
Following an easy and straight forward process to book my assessment, the instructions received were clear, the centre is easy to find, access and, as a bonus, provides free and ample parking space.
The assessor is very polite and helpful putting everyone at ease in order to deliver their best during the exams. Once again, the instructions are easy to follow and clear.
Every single person is assigned its own space, bay and work
bench. And also the centre is clean and welcoming.
Although I've passed on my first try, I would have given the same feedback even if I wouldn't have as I could not fault anything regarding my experience there.
