We booked all three rooms for a family wedding weekend and weren't disappointed. Yvonne and her husband Ray are friendly hosts. Everything and more you could wish for in the rooms which were spotless and very good value. Yvonne set us up each day with large and very tasty freshly cooked breakfast using locally sourced food. There was even a choice of home made marmalade and jam from their garden. Located on a quiet residential road only a few minutes walk from the centre of Corfe Castle. A good central Dorset location especially for the Castle ruins in Corfe Castle, Studland and the Purbeck Hills. We enjoyed the local village pubs and cafes and the picturesque surrounding villages and also a trip on the Swanage steam train which stops at Corfe Castle. Car parking is on the drive, on the grass at the front or in the village car park only a few minutes walk away. We sat in our first floor room with the patio door open to admire their stunning rear garden and the peaceful views over the Purbeck Hills. We really enjoyed our stay and have already told our family and friends of this great find. Many thanks

Just recently (July 8 to 11 July) had the pleasure of a first time short stay at this B&B and found it to be excellent value for money. Lovely host in Yvonne who cooked an excellent full English Breakfast. Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a lovely village. Certainly recommend this B&B and given the other quests there at the same time as us are regular visitors speaks volumes.. Location is perfect to visit all the best attractions this beautiful county has to offer. Along with a couple of very decent pub restaurants within walking distance Corfe itself has also much to offer.

Stayed at the Ammonite for the second time. Only a few miles away from Monkey World and many other Dorset attractions, this very nice B&B is clean and comfortable. The welcome from the hosts makes it a home away from home. Breakfast is cooked to order by the lovely lady of the house Yvonne and served in the open plan kitchen over looking an attractive garden. Chatting with Yvonne and other guests around the table, is always interesting and helpful with local knowledge. Highly recommended.

I'd thoroughly recommend staying at Ammonite Bed and Breakfast if you're in Corfe. From the moment we arrived, Yvonne was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast each morning was fantastic and the location is perfect - a quick walk from some great pubs in the village. Great stay!

Walking distance to Corfe Castle this friendly B&B was lovely for our one night stay. The breakfast was cooked to perfection. The room was comfortable and there was a nice view across the countryside.|The shower was not great though. Which was the one negative.|
