Such a lovely company who offered me, unprompted or asked for, a partial refund due to some of my film not being able to be developed due to very likely none other fault than my own.

Used the film developing service for a disposable camera used on holiday. The process was extremely easy and I am very happy with the quick turn around and results. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

Not taking responsibility for unsuitable for use film.
I've spent a huge amount of money with them on film rolls and I recently bought a roll of expired film which wasn't cheap. The film scans came out barely visible, basically black and all grain. I therefore looked in to this and worried it was something to do with my film camera. They assured me it was the way I had exposed my images even though i use it for work and wouldn't underexpose 27 images.. my pictures were also taken on 3 different occasions meaning I would've made mistakes on 3 separate days. I wouldn't still be in work if I was this irresponsible.
I since used a roll of Kodak ultramax 400 on two more work occasions and the pictures came out perfectly. Therefore, there is clearly nothing wrong with my light meter. The only explanation to this is that the expired film they sold me wasn't suitable for use. Their response was that they've been nothing but helpful and that they won't take responsibility...

Even the lab who developed my scans said this was likely due to the storage of the film. Unfortunately I won't be buying film here again. I would not recommend buying expired film from here.

Fantastic service from Rosalie and Max at Analogue Wonderland. Royal Mail managed to collect an Amazon delivery instead of my film. Max replied to my email promptly to reassure me they’d get the Christmas presents sent back and Rosalie dealt with it from there. She even repackaged our items as the box had got battered on its journey. Above and beyond what was called for and much appreciated. Thank you!

i've buying film and getting them scanned from them for about 3x times now. didn't know that there was an express scan until recently so i've been quite pleased. they've got an app that's easy to navigate. love it!

Best film camera processing/scanning service I've ever used, the team are really friendly and give regular updates and are mega helpful, really happy with my 120mm film and 35mm photos, only took 2 weeks and they're brilliant, highly recommend, will use again soon!
