I sampled some of the products at an artisan market and was genuinely surprised at how fruity the balsamic vinegar is. I bought a bottle and the whole family really liked it, just dipping fresh bread into the balsamic, alongside cheese and olives. It has a really deep and fruity flavour, not too sweet, and not acidic. I'd recommend it with fresh tomatoes and basil leaves, or drizzling over melon chunks or strawberries too. I'd buy this again - recommended.

All the oils and balsamics are amazing. The tapas bar is another level. Lovely, tasteful decor, great atmosphere, gorgeous food, quick, efficient service, and the best staff.

I 1st tried the balsamic vinegars & olive oils at the Christmas show in St Anne's. I took home a bottle of raspberry balsamic vinegar which I really love. Have bought oil and balsamic from Andalucian Olive Company twice now at food festivals. The quality is second to none and the flavoured oils and balsamics are just that little bit different - special.
It's nice to be able to buy quality produce with provenance from a northwest company that gives back through its charity partnership. Really great customer service. Highly recommend.
