My partner bought a door, 2.000 pounds. The door did not fit and was installed incorrectly. She tried to tell them 5 times. They said they would replace the door and it's now more than 4 years having the problem and they still did not go to replace the door. Pooly customer service too. I don't recommend this place at all. Don't waste your money here. Only gave me headaches.

She sent 4 emails. She even sent to Martin Rutter.

I contacted anglian back in July, got a quote £27K for 8 sets of windows and 1 composite door, the sales man then got the price down to £15.1K after hefty unknown discounts? The surveyor came and said he believes he found asbestos in the soffits, but took 2 samples to check. Long story short we contacted them after 2 weeks not hearing anything and were told it came back clear and to sign off on the windows, which we did. Not once did they contact us. We had to constantly chase them. 6 weeks go by and we get one of our deposits sent back to our bank, we recieved no email no letter. I called the office where a rude lady persisted to tell me she knew nothing about the refund and I would have to wait until she read our file. It took 2 days of non stop calls from us to the office to find out that asbestos was found. They said they would remove it for £10K. I contacted an independent licenced asbestos removal company and they've given me a quote of £990 for the same job!!!! It was a total con! They just massively undercharged us for the windows and tried to make the money back by the bogus asbestos price!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. It's not worth the weeks and weeks of stress - we're still waiting for our 2nd deposit to be returned!

Appalling after service, whilst replacing my windows the plaster came off the wall (not their fault!) I was told that someone would come round 48 hours after the windows were put in to bond and re-plaster the wall, nearly three weeks on, no one has turned up.

There are still caps missing from the window vents, also, the customer service is utterly appalling, I keep getting passed from pillar to post. No sense of urgency.

I was pushed to make final payment in order for them to send a plasterer out to console to the job, final payment made- yet they still haven’t completed the job.

Do no touch them. AWFUL!!

My door is jammed and we can’t get out of our house Anglian couldn’t give a toss. They told me if I get a locksmith out my warranty would be void and that they will not reimburse me money I spend on one. I have said it’s a fire hazard and we have children they genuinely couldn’t of cared less. No idea when they will sort it. Never heard of such lunacy and zero common sense

Firstly, Anglian tried to sell me a £6,000 front door which was reduced by applying 'discounts' to a more reasonable but still expensive price. When the door arrived, it was very poorly painted and now has developed a much more serious issue. The door was installed in February which was quite cold at the time, now the weather has warmed up the door is extremely difficult to close, sometimes near impossible. The issue is presumably the wood inside the door is not treated correctly and the wood expands as weather improves. Anglian have been terrible in responding to emails and their call centres are shut at the moment - basically couldn't care less about customers. It is also very clear now that they post fake reviews on Trustpilot to keep their rating up. Absolutely disgusting company, do yourself a favour by shopping elsewhere!

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!!! My Mum who's getting on a bit. Rung up to ask for a quote for 2 windows. Worst mistake she has ever made.
They hounded and hounded her for about 7 weeks. Calling 6/7 times a week on a 2 occasions. This is pure harassment!!!
In the end she had to get BT to block her number. I'm an outraged a company of this apparent size can pressure sale in this way.
Please AVOID them!!! You will spend a very long time regretting it.

Appalling after service, installation was completed incorrectly and I have been waiting over a year for them to fix a patio door lock. They failed to turn up for the repair appointment and since then they don’t answer emails.
Calling them is a waste of time as there is “no one they can put me through to, but they will get a manager to ring me”
Needless to say they never call back.
