We have been with Anglian Security & Fire Limited for quite a few years now and have received constantly good service. Today has been a case in point. Harry once again returned to carry out our annual service with a smile on his face and his usual happy disposition. The work was carried out smoothly and professionally, as always. He clearly enjoys his work and it shows.

Really poor customer service. Wasn’t interested in updating a system they fitted 6 years ago because our WI-FI had changed. Rude and obnoxious. The general feeling seemed to be ‘it’s not worth our time.’ I quote the person from AS ‘Go somewhere else.’

Sadly with these type of companies they’re happy when they’re taking your money but not so polite when you call them back. Poor form. I wouldn’t recommend. Looking at the reviews I’m not alone

And having read your reply to my review you’re obviously a lier as well. You can see the level. Avoid this mob at all costs. Absolute charlatans.

There are many security installation firms in the area but was 100% happy to choose and hire Anglian Security & Fire Ltd to install my alarm system. From the get go they were prompt with emails, the site visit, further queries I had and most importantly on the day of delivery provided the best service. When installing the alarm system the engineer was tidy with cleaning up after installation, friendly and very knowledgeable on how to operate the alarm system and listened to my requests of how I wanted the fob setup and was able to program the alarm exactly as was best for the home setup. I felt confident using the alarm very quickly and was told I can always get in touch if there are any queries. Very happy with Anglian Security & Fire Ltd - top service.

Top class service from a local company. I moved into a house with an existing alarm already in place. The previous owners said they never really used it so it so it needed a full service and I wanted a new key pad as the original one had yellowed over time. I contacted the original alarm fitters and the service was terrible. They were more interested in selling me a whole new alarm system. So I contacted Anglian Security as I wanted a local company. They couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The price quoted for the service and new part was far cheaper than what I’d been quoted. The engineer came and carried out the work as quoted. He was professional and gave me a full rundown on how to use the system. Great company happy to recommend them too others.

I contacted Anglia Security & Fire Ltd for advice regarding a house alarm for my elderly father who lives alone. They were extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that we understood everything and were satisfied before arranging the installation. My father now has an alarm which he can operate easily, despite his poor eyesight, and at a very competitive price. I cannot fault the service provided by Darryl and his team and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
