We brought 3 of the Vases this week ~ 2 with the Black Heart in the middle were done for
1) Baby Daughter & Sister~ Gifted for a while & DOB + 2nd) Our Grandson ~ Born Sleeping & DOB
& 1 Vase with the Babies foot prints on ~ Our Son ~ Born Asleep & DOB with a Beautiful verses underneath the Name & DOB.
'Angraves' did us proofs of all 3 Vases & did a slight word change to the Grandson Vase
we requested a speedy delivery & received them yesterday within 24 hours of ordering them & sent by Royal mail, delivery was free. The Vases are perfect, exceptional quality and quite heavy
& the personalised wording is done to a very high & excellent standard. We were very emotional when we opened the boxes up. We would highly recommend 'Angraves' to anyone we searched
for over a year for these vases & couldn't find any company to do them to our 'Personalised wording' or so Beautifully done. Thank you Agraves for your help & caring.

I recently purchased a rose bowl/grave side pot for my parents (Dad passed 2010 and Mum passed 2024).I am very pleased with the overall service, the delivery was quick and the actual product was well packaged, so thete was no damage (I had my doubts about what I would recieve due the the reasonable price), I am over the moon with it and can't wait to fill it with flowers they both loved and place it in the garden of remembrance. Jayne's Floral Arrangements Are Fit For A Queen 👑

I have just recently purchased a Memorial floral arrangement for Christmas in Loving Memory of my late Father. I have been a customer with Angraves for quite a while now. I first encountered Angraves on Amazon when I ordered a floral arrangement in Loving memory of my late Father. I received excellent Customer Service from the beginning so this is the reason why I have returned back to Angraves. Jayne who is the florist there and owns the business also. Jayne could arrange a bunch of weeds and she could have them looking stunning! Jayne's Floral designs are her own style and designs. Jayne made my Christmas Memorial arrangement especially for me and I really loved it! Jayne puts a lot of time effort and expertise into her Floral Artwork and no two arrangements are the same as this is due to each Floral arrangement being unique and original. Jayne only uses High Quality flowers to make her Floral arrangements. She is devoted to her career along with this also being a hobby of hers . If Jayne doesn't have anything which suits You on her Website . If you give her something to work on colours etc You will NOT be disappointed! Jayne's floral arrangements are second to none!
She has a Great personality and likes to help the customer as much as possible.
Delivery to Northern Ireland was Very quick and the floral arrangement was very well packaged and presented and was fully intact after being in transit with Royal mail.

On 18/08/15 I purchased eight items from this company for my new office. The lady I spoke to was utterly amazing and took care of the order from start to finish. They didn't have the colour I initially wanted but they very kindly ordered it in for me, which I thought was thoroughly nice of them.

The items arrived a day after I eventually paid for them - packaged beautifully and all in perfect condition! Whoever packs their orders does a fantastic job in protecting the products. They are now sitting in my office and look great.

I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

I had already ordered 2 arrangements which were absolutely beautiful (picture does them no justice). Getting comments constantly on the flowers on my husbands grave. I came across another one I liked on their site which was unfortunately out of stock. Jayne emailed straight away to kindly say she would make one. Delivery is on day stated. I honestly cannot recommend Angraves enough!!!! Jane has gone above and beyond and completely out of her way to help me with the flowers for my mums grave!
In my own words, I am too fussy, and honestly get on my own nerves, but nothing was too much trouble. Jane was extremely friendly, extremely helpful and kept me up to date on everything, I have never seen flowers this beautiful and so well made before!!!
The downside for Jane is that i will only be using her company from now on, so she will sadly have to put up with me!!!
