Recently helped us with a protective stain for the timber cladding on our new garage. I found out the timber yard were using their products on treated wood orders (for a significant price increase) but weren’t selling them to customers so I reached out direct. Chatted through the different options, pros cons etc., then once we’d decided on the product we wanted they sent us samples to try so we could pick the colour we wanted for the type of timber we had, then we were able to refine that further by altering the concentration of that colour which they also did based on specific application technique (in our case roll and rag). They supplied an end grain seal for us to use and shipping was all next day. Pricing I thought was perfectly reasonable, especially as they even sent us some swag with our order, including some metal bottle openers that doubled as paint can openers! To be fair the whole team there were absolutely ace at their jobs, they provided the exact finish we wanted for the cladding too and it looks slick. All pretty impressive.

On Wednesday after calling to ask for some advice on products and what would be best to use as I would be looking to try them I was referred by the very nice lady who answered the phone to a technician called Jason (I think), what a great customer service it was!

He was unbelievably helpful to me in regards to his product knowledge, advice and for sending me everything I’d need to be on my way to using these products so I went ahead and bought them.

After receiving this excellent customer service I was already sold on using this company again especially if the products are as good as people say.

And WOW! The products are absolutely fantastic, I am new to spraying and their products were so easy to use and the finish looks fantastic over both MDF and Pine thanks to Jason’s advice everything went very smoothly with no problems.

An absolutely outstanding service from start to finish and I can’t wait to use these products next time!
