Sadly, a really strange experience. The product arrived in a darker tone than listed, which was absolutely fine because it looked good and was well made. That said, it didn't blend well with our other rustic decor in the same room and so I reached out to Paul to ask him what colour wood stain he used so I could buy some to use on the other items, thus matching it all up. Paul's response was somewhat on the defensive - insinuating I could make the products and undercut him on the site? I wrote him back with photo's of what I was trying to achieve (the items I was painting to match) and he completely blanked me. I wrote again... nothing. I don't think I've been treated so rudely as a paying customer in about 20 years! Good product, shocking customer service skills. Such a shame.

Honestly I ordered a crate first then saw the reviews and I was nervous but I'm happy to say the crate looks great!!! It came within a week and will be a beautiful addition to our wedding. I knew I had to write a review to say what my wonderful experience was. I will be buying more in the future.

I emailed to enquire about personalisation of one of their wedding cake stands and they replied quickly and we're very helpful.

I decided to order and have received my order today which is absolutely stunning and will look great for the wedding cake to sit on.

I like how on their business card it says issues will be resolved. Sadly, Mine wasn't.

I ordered a console table which I'll admit I ordered the wrong dimensions. The seller initially agreed that they would have the legs back for part of the refund and now said they won't.

Why say that when your website says we won't accept any refund for make to order items?

Some miss guided information there...

I won;t be ordering here again.
