Have been buying from these guys for years, never a problem. Got a dodgy dryer today..very quick to rectify and deliver an alternative of my choice. You wouldn't have got that at one of the big stores. Same day delivery as well..at discounted price. You only know how these retailers are when you have a problem. 5 star rating.. why buy from anyone else?

On April 29, I purchased an electric cooker from this store. The cooker was "second hand".
It was standing outside, covered with some kind of plastic wrap.
After delivering the goods to my house, I just wanted to put it on the electricity. It quickly turned out that the cooker was missing a cable. How do I use an electric cooker that does not have a cable
I also did not receive a receipt. I just threw 60 pounds down the drain.
There is one star on my side. I do not recommend this shop to anyone, please read the previous reviews. How is it possible that this store has an average of more than 4 stars?

Great service, delivered our integrated washing machine within the hour for free, as local. We were missing instructions but these were printed for us. Very competitively priced and cheaper than main suppliers. Would recommend.

Amazing service from helpful staff to efficient delivery and installation. I've had a broken dishwasher for 10months and the hassle of working out who and how to get it sorted was resolved in 4 days from phone call to installation. Couldn't be happier.

We have recently moved to Ashton-Under-Lyne and needed to replace an integral dishwasher. We visited appliances center Oldham where we were given very helpful advice. The dishwasher we bought was delivered very quickly, the installation was not at all straightforward but the two men were extremely pleasant and helpful and made a really excellent job of removing the old one and installing the new one.
Would absolutely recommend this company and we will definitely use them again in the future if we need to repair or replace another appliance.

I used to love this shop over the last fifteen years I've bought 2 washing machines,and a cooker,after five years my cooker broke down so I threw it away and decided to buy another one because they had always been ok,and never had problems ,so I bought a new cooker and noticed straight away that the cooker wasn't letting the steam out,I called them and they sent two guys out who messed about in the back and said it's right now so I said thanks and they left only the next time I cooked the steam still wasn't coming out,everything I opened the oven door the steam would burn my face I cooked again another couple of times same thing,and when I turned the grill on it was tripping the electric ,I phoned the shop to tell them and he said it was my fault or whoever fitted it's fault,(which was an electrician) and he put the phone down on me now he dosnt pick up my calls,disgusting this place isn't the same anymore I don't know if they have sold the business, but customer service is NIL.,and if you read the rest of the reviews people are happy with washing machines as I have been,but somethings not right with the cookers.dont buy
