Very happy with the outcome - would recommend. We asked Arc to quote for replacing 16 metres of wall-top iron railings around a roof terrace. Their quote was reasonable (not the lowest, but good), and they stuck to that even over quite a delayed process (which we greatly appreciated), plus they were surprisingly quick - just 3-4 weeks from final agreement. The 2-man installation team was professional and pleasant. The end result looks great.

Arc Fabrication have recently supplied and fitted a beautiful new external metal staircase with balcony and safety gate - the third major job they have done for me in the past 20 years. All complying with fire and health and safety regulations. They were able to do it all from beginning to end, in just a couple of weeks which was important to me as this is a rental property. A pleasure to deal with.

I'd of given this company no stars if I could of done. Contacted them and got a good quote. They replied a couple of days later with a negative response as though they didn't really want the job. I replied with another email mentioning that I needed planning permission and shall I employ and architect for drawings or was that something Arc would arrange. A week later still waiting for response but it seems they don't like planning permission on their work. Thought they'd of bitten my hand off being they are only a few miles from my house.

Arc Fabrications were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They provided a reasonable quote, designed a perfect staircase for our Victorian basement garden and installed quickly and without a hitch. The stairs are beautiful and look like they've always been there. Chris came up with a design that complimented the space (which was unusual) and yet was also practical. Chris, Tim and John were brilliant when it came to fitting them. They arrived as promised and left the area spotless. I'm over the moon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arc and, when needed, I'll definitely use them again.

Friendly and professional service. Steve and his team know what they're doing and provide competitive pricing. The build quality was second to none. I thoroughly recommend this company.
