DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Dodgy doesn't even begin to cover these jokers. Ordered a piece of slate cut to size from their UK signs website (Arcola is the parent company) It was meant to be delivered in a set time so i emailed to check that it would - got a response to say someone would be in touch - no one ever bothered. Two days before my deadline i emailed them again, no response. The item didn't turn up so i filled in their contact form on their website to say i wanted a refund - of course no response. During this time i rang probably 8 times to try and speak to someone - no one ever answered the phone. So at this point I'm pretty frustrated because i hate when people value their customers so little that they genuinely don't even lower them selves to pick up the phone or email back. I managed to track down the parent company phone number, called and spoke to a women who didn't even think it was worth apologising, just kept making excuses for this pathetic behaviour. Honestly i don't care if you're understaffed, you took money for a product you couldn't make in the deadline your website promised it could and then you couldn't be bothered to look after the purchase when you were contacted over 11 times in various ways - why are you even in business!!! In short if you were even thinking of buying from these part timers be prepared the purchase will take up a lot of your time and energy and they really don't care about you as a customer.
