I purchased stable mats through there eBay store - as I had purchased from theme before, for the same horse - i decided to go back when i needed more. Unfortunately, this time, the mats have failed and ARKMAT are not willing to help in any! They were thicker than the last ones i brought but were interlocking this time. I am not sure why these have failed this time, but ARKMAT just put the blame on me saying i brough the incorrect size, they were 6mm thicker than the ones that lasted four years (I sold them on and assume they are still going strong?), so dont see how! These have gone after only 4 x months!

I bought this for my garden at a third of what other company’s were charging! It came in 2 days. My husband fitted it, we used builders sand to level out beat we could but I’m delighted with the quality. Really soft and my disabled daughter can roll about on it safely. Will be purchasing more when the Aintree B is back in stock!

Ordered rubber through the Ebay store, received the wrong amount, it turned up dirty after a long exchange of emails to resolve the 6m of rubber missing we still haven't received the missing rubber. Do not recommend.

Shopped around and these were the cheapest. Free delivery arrived within & few days, quality product with absolutely no hassle. Highly recommend for artificial turf.

After some delays in contact and an issue with the courier company spilling something on my mats I managed to get a replacement from Arkmat. The mats are pretty good, but they have some scuff marks and minor damage, maybe because of the way they were packed for transport. There are also minor inconsistencies with the size and shape, but nothing too bad. Despite the above, they do the job just fine and overall I'm pretty happy with the purchase despite the delays. I'm editing from a 1 star review to reflect the way it was dealt with.

Terrible company with even worse customer service.
Unfortunately for me, I didn't read any reviews before I ordered from them and now I am regretting that decision.
Do yourself a favour and find another company that won't mess you about and will actually reply to emails.
I ordered a roll of 2m wide rubber. A week went by of me expecting a dispatch email but nothing. Then finally I got an email asking if I could take it in 2 x 1m wide rolls instead because the shipping is expensive on 2m wide rolls. It took them over a week to ask me this, then they completely ignored my replies. Finally I spoke to someone on the telephone who assured me it would be delivered within a couple of days. Next thing they have cancelled my order.
Any normal company could have let me know within the first couple of days and no problem, I would have ordered it elsewhere, but these have to drag it out for 2 weeks.
Don't bother wasting your time with this company.

Very poor experience- would never recommend. The coast astroturf was delivered folded whereas previously we’ve always received from other companies rolled so you don’t get creases down it. Professionals fitted it and said never had such a nightmare trying to get it flat and it still has a crease down it. Messaged company who said they deliver it flat to reduce cost even though it ruins the product. It’s definitely worth paying more and buying from other companies.

Overall good experience with Arkmat - loose a star for the rubbish couriers.

Got 25mm rubber crumb matts for home gym. Decent quality material at a very reasonable price. Looked at a lot of places but decided to go for Arkmat. Overall happy.

Communication from seller was good but as soon as handed over to courier the matts disappeared off the face of the earth.

DX (which ironically stands for Delivered Exactly) are absolutely awful!

Day after day I was notified that they were "out for delivery" yet nothing was delivered day after day. I then emailed DX to ask what was going on.

One person replied saying that there was 'logical complications' and that they would be 'delivered as soon as possible' then I had another email telling me that DX had never actually received the consignment and that it wasn't at their depot!

To be fair to Arkmat, once I brought this to their attention it was quickly resolved. But customers shouldn't need to be babysitting incompetent couriers.

Judging by other reviews I'm not alone on this one. DX are letting you down Arkmat. If you went with a better courier you'd be 5* as far as I'm concerned.
