Terrible service. I did order via B&Q, they blamed Amazon Shipping. Poor response from their customer service team, I checked in daily to chase following over week and required items.
It’s huge inconvenience.
But service is more disappointing, take responsibility for your suppliers if they affect customers or end user!
I’m not one for bad reviews, but anyone reading this please think twice about using especially via other sites for orders.
Service is not important and Customer experience is poor!

Ordered a tin of heavy duty varnish, they didn’t have it in stock but only told me when I chased them nearly a week later. Offered an alternative, I asked if it could be sent out for next day delivery, they said yes and apparently lied. Two days later, over a week since ordering and still no varnish, no clear delivery date and yet more delays on the job.

Ordered 7 lintels from Armstrong Cheshire with a 3-5 day delivery time. Received a call to say it’ll be more like 10 so delivery was scheduled for a Wednesday 16th of November 24. Nothing arrived so called and was told Thursday. Again nothing, then told Friday and again nothing. I then asked for tracking and an update which they couldn’t give me but was assured by the manager Wayne that he was on the case. They then began lying to me and stopped answering my calls and emails. I tried on multiple occasions to call using my number which was unanswered so I got my wife to call which was answered immediately. Dishonest, procurement company that are not a merchants. Absolutely crap! AVOID

top quality product my order was processed very quickly and arrived within a few days
the item sent was very Safe and well banded onto a pallet, the driver put my order to the exact place required and was very polite.
this company is well organised and do what required to supply goods to their customers,

Absolute joke of a company and terrible customer service! I placed an order for a sheet of plywood and after a week, the tracking number was still showing “we are expecting your parcel” on Evri website and when I chased it up, I was told that the parcel was deemed to “have been lost” by the courier and promised me to send out a replacement with a guaranteed Next Day delivery and a £30 gift voucher to use for my next order however after 2 days, I still didn’t receive anything and when I chased it up again, I got the typical “The manager wasn’t in today” answer and that “We have IT issues” kinda nonsense and clearly they hadn’t even dispatched the item in the first place!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! And read their TrustPilot reviews and you’ll see how many people have had the same issue with these lot!

I had a terrible experience with a company that I believe should not be in business. I paid £75 for a fixed delivery on a specific date due to construction work. Unfortunately, they missed the delivery and when we called, they promised to call us back but never did (also the emails had no responses either). We made three more calls and received the same message. After 1.5 weeks of delays, Simon W. finally called and promised to deliver the order in two days along with a £50 refund. However, the order was never delivered as promised. We made more calls and this time Reanne promised to deliver the order in two days but did not mention the refund. Their excuse was that everyone was on holiday, and nobody could proceed with the orders. It was frustrating that they made it our problem. In summary, this company is a waste of time and money and full of liars. I am still waiting for the refund to cover the three weeks of delays and it is not £50.

Excellent service goods arrived on time, well packaged and in good condition. Customer service kept us updated with delivery dates slot times etc. One thing to point out. We ordered a Chalice Paving set comprising of large and smaller paving tiles. Upon inspection by both my husband and Elder son they believed that the smaller ones were missing, and at first glance it did look this way by the way item was packaged. However I insisted on them opening it out and sure enough the smaller ones were well hidden within. Mabye a small delivery sticker could point this out. Thanks

terrible quality products; place an order for a board and the website did not provide tracking data. delivery was schedules for some 8 days after the order but thankfully recieved earlier. however, upon reciept, the board was full of scratches, damage, dents, marks, dirts and abysmal condition.
