Went in today and was seated ok. Was given menus then Waited at least twenty minutes before I had to finally ask for someone to take out order. We were having coffee and cake so nothing too complicated. My husband’s dessert came and I waited for mine (he had finished his ) when I finally had to ask for mine. Disappointing. I was also disappointed in the price !! £19 quid
For two coffee and two cake is expensive! Not sure we will visit again.

Extremely disappointing.

I went for breakfast on a Saturday morning and waited close to an hour to be served. To compound matters when complaint was raised over this they did not respond well, instead relying on repeated excuses about being 'busy'. The real problem is they are employing too few staff for the number of covers, typical profit margin move.

I won't be returning, many better options in the area.

first time back since two years ago. the big improvement was the services. congratulation to the management. food were generally good but the beef stronganoff was a bit under size.. will be again.

we went for afternoon high tea on 3pm, ordered arrow farm afternoon tea for two and farmhouse afternoon tea for one. the difference between these two is pork pie in farmhouse and cakes in arrow farm. the price is reasonable £10 per head. with that price you will not be disappointed.

First time of visiting been past it many times so finally got round to going in. Butchers looked good bought a couple of sausage rolls which i hope taste as good as they look 😋. Sells fresh fruit and veg, chutneys, jams ,eggs , frozen goods etc. Has a large spacious cafe , staff were friendly and helpful (i asked if i could have a ham salad sarnie as most of them had cheese and i don't like cheese and they did it for me) Wasn't too busy got straight in ,not a dirty table insight all cleared and wiped.

Called in today for the first time with my wife for lunch, first impressions were good, entrance to the cafe is through the farm shop. We had a short wait while we waited to be seated by a uniformed member of staff who showed us to a table. The cafe has a rustic feel with a stylish suspended ceiling with lighting. The menu was extensive and covered the majority of meals for all tastes. The food was excellent and well presented. Toilets are modern and clean, also included are wheelchair and baby changing facilities, high chairs are available. The cafe and shop are wheelchair friendly. The shop stocks a wide variety of fruit, vegetables, cakes etc. Small gifts are also on offer. Free car parking.

Sunday morning visit for breakfast.

Took significantly longer than expected to serve up a big breakfast, a pancake and a French toast.

Quite disappointed when the breakfast arrived, as despite the "all day breakfast" on the lunch menu clearly saying 2 sausage and 2 bacon, the breakfast item wasn't clear and only comes with one of each. The scrambled egg was unlike anything I've ever had. It had a strange spongy texture which I've never had beefore and wasn't pleasant.

My wife enjoyed the French toast and my daughter enjoyed the pancakes.

Wish they'd be clearer on the breakfast portions though. Seems odd to charge £2 more for the all day one and offer an extra sausage or bacon at an extra £2 each on the breakfast side.

Ordered poached eggs and they were rock solid and didn’t want to send it back because we would be waiting half an hour staff were friendly but need more help in the kitchen

Visited this morning service was disappointing and very slow and not much friendliness shown by the staff.
Also we could see into the kitchen, I witnessed the chef putting her finger in her ear and then cracking eggs into a bowl.
When the breakfast came it was very disappointing. Only one each of sausage and bacon which on a big breakfast is stingy I thought. The potatoes were bland and tasteless as were the tomatoes.
My husband had scrambled egg which was horrible obviously microwaved and VERY overcooked to the point where it was spongy and inedible. Won’t be returning having found it to be an unpleasant experience overall. Far better places for breakfast
