I'm shopping here every week , and week after week is getting worse.
From the parking flooding to huge holes that ruins our cars to the plastic found in the food.
We found plastic pieces in the chicken meat . Who knows how many times we've eaten this plastic before.
Absolutely gross.
Very disappointed.

Absolute poor service from staff, especially the security staff who stands near the first gate. Asked him about a trolley because I did not have a coin on me, made such a rude gesture which completely ruined my experience. Also some staff inside do not even know where items are kept. Absolute trash when compared to the Asda at Bexleyheath.

I ordered some shopping from your store 3 times in one week time. Any time some items were missing!!! Not able to contact the store to at all,always someone rude over the phone. Problem with getting refund. Maybe you should have a look who you employ, as people preparing the order have no clue what they doing

called to ask why there is no dog food taken from my order spoke to a helpful man the food that was on my order was available I ordered mutible as not to be disappointed was told my order would be held till the manager could help and add it on but now I'm left without money asda has held the money 5 starving dogs now 1 what's pregnant and puppies cheers asda this store dose not care about your or your animals welfare

Your deliveries are a joke and your delivery dept don't know their backsides from their elbows!
It's about time that you sorted this out, I won't hold my breath for a reply as you couldn't be bothered to reply to my last review so you obviously couldn't give a toss about your loyal customers!!!!

The store is busy. It's such a pity the cafe has gone. It was nice to sit, unwind & just catch your breath after a busy shop. The staff are friendly & helpful. It was also good to catch up. The customer service desk is always busy.
