It's our local store so we come here alot. The shelves are often badly stocked and left messy, plenty of staff chatting in the Isles. but no one tidies or is welcoming to the customers. One shelf stacker just pushed our trolley out the way without even saying a word, all while the opposite isle was littered with loose crisps on the floor.
Also the price on the shelf is not always what's on the till l, so be careful.

Shame, they change policy due you can’t buying lottery card, eler cig, baccy or other etc on before 8am or after 10pm due some people got work early or late. Staff don’t care about that, recommend you to go buying at local shop or Tesco.

BEWARE SHOPPING AT ASDA, THE PRICE ON THE SHELF IS NOT THE SAME AS THE TILL!

More great freshness at Asda.
The older lady at the self service with the dyed black hair and tattoos needs to learn some manners and customer service skills!!

Edit. This is now a generous 1 star.
Absolutely fuming, a fully stocked shelf of beer with a 'offer' label on the shelf edge, making it better than half price...
Until you get to the till that is, where it scans up as full price!! Even showed the lady the shelf and price label displayed which they quickly removed and stated its nothing to do with them that the wrong price was displayed, no sorry nothing!! What a farce!!!

This is misleading at best and near deceptive practice on behalf of Asda as this happens a LOT!

This is our local store so we come here regularly. It such a shame its not better managed. The stock levels are always low, with the same empty cardboard boxes scattering the shelves for several days. Staff don't tidy the isles and simply walk past a mess of empty cardboard on the shelves where stock should be. It could be so much better as the food quality and own brand range are quite good, just hardly ever in stock.
Show your store some care and attention and it will show.

Could barely walk down isles, shelves were a mess, place was pure chaos, not enough tills open so had to queue for a long time to get to the self service to find the machine not registering weight every 3 items. Stood for ages whilst staff were chatting then when called was told to "give them a minute" whilst my autistic son started having a meltdown due to the environment in there so we had to walk out and leave £300 worth of shopping. Not impressed! I think I will start shopping elsewhere.

About 30 years I've been shoping in this store , it's slowly been going down hill recently, only the expensive products on the shelves, and not much of that , then today I went in for create your own pizzas and the woman refused to serve me because she was closing in 15 minutes !!!! So she had 15 minutes left to work and wouldn't... what the hell ...people have been telling me to ship elsewhere for a while now and after today I'm convinced it's definitely time to shop somewhere else ...maybe shouldn't have sold out to such and over priced company and things wouldn't have gone so badly so quickly

Need a better system on the click and collect or more staff members working on this department during busy times ! I’ve always used the click and collect service and it’s always been well organised. However, over the past 6 months the service has nose dived ! It takes ages to get your shopping due to so many people collecting at the same time and only ever 1 member of staff on the department. I was waiting half an hour yesterday to collect my order. The lady working yesterday was clearly run off her feet trying to bring out as many orders at a time as she could , whilst getting pressure from 3 drivers from I presume “just eat” service. She was doing her best , but it was evident she needed support from another team
Member. Also due to the Cars spilling out onto the road this caused arguments between the customers accusing others of pushing in etc it’s just turning into a process that I don’t want to go through every week to collect my groceries and may consider using a different supermarket.
