I had a crack in my prized titanium bike frame, which Ashby fixed using "TIG welding". From the first call to them through to collecting my fixed bike frame, they were pleasant, friendly and courteous. They did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Needed a small aluminium job done. The guys were really accommodating and managed to squeeze me in even though they were obviously busy. Very neatly repaired. Would definitely recommend Ashby!

Second time using Ashby. Had some alloy intercooler piping I wanted welding took it there for them to tack in place for me to test fit, then went back once i had checked it on the car. Extremely happy with the result, great price and best of all really nice guys to deal with. Nothing but praise!!

I contacted Ashby welding for a small welding job based on the reviews I read and the fact that they were local.

I sent them the drawing detailing the work and material required (for them to provide) and booked a date for a week and half later.

On the day a very young lad turned up in a BMW 2 hours late, with no steel.
He went back to get it but did not actually come back.

I called their office who informed me that they did not have some of the steel and asked if they could rearrange for another day.
I decided to cancel the job.

Very disappointed, I will not recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing is the only thing I can say. As all the reviews say very helpful and great service and quality work!! Would recommend for any relevant job. No faffing about got it sorted straight away when everyone was stating otherwise.

I had a rotor from a wood chipper with a broken blade holder. This component takes a massive hammering, so I was concerned that a welded repair might not be possible. This was a small job, but I could not has asked for better service. The repair looks great, the price was very reasonable, and the service from John was professional and friendly. I’ve yet to try out the repaired rotor, but I recommend Ashby Welding, and will use them again.
