I had been struggling to find a supplier of a particular manufacturer’s handles in all colour ways, then I found Ashfen Windows online. They didn’t stock all the colours I needed, but they got them for me. I was particularly impressed by the personal service advice and help for what was in fact a very small order. Nat was incredibly helpful. If they look after customers like me even for a little job like this, I would have confidence that they would look after a bigger order similarly. I will definitely be looking to use them again in the future.

The guys at Ashfen are really friendly and helpful, even though I'm not a trade customer being able to pop into their factory (just round the corner from my office) was so much more useful than talking to someone on the phone or having to order through a website. The door we bought is high quality and looks great and they worked with me to get it exactly how we wanted. I would definitely get another door from them if I needed to.

They were very detailed and careful in the planning stage - and patient with our changes of mind! The work was done exactly as planned with no mess and almost no disruption. They have provided me with a triple - glazed door. It was well assembled and installed. I am pleased with it. The period between order and installation was a little longer than planned, on their advice, at about 8 weeks. This however was no problem to me and may have been to do with the triple - glazing. But it was no problem to me and all was well.
