I bought a belt from Ashford Ridge 18 months ago. It was worn every day by my partner. It was extremely well made and I thought it would genuinely last longer than him!!! Last Monday the buckle snapped. We were both a bit dismayed but I bought a replacement belt immediately from Ashford Ridge again. In a couple of days it arrived. Unfortunately they sent a medium instead of a large. The gentleman on the phone apologised profusely and promised to put a large belt in the post

that day. I explained how the buckle has broken on the original belt and that was why I was purchasing a replacement. Imagine my surprise when I got home last night, to not only find the large replacement belt had been sent to me, but also another belt replacing my original purchase!!!! I couldn't recommend this company enough, I have received absolutely exceptional service from them and for that I am very grateful. Thank you very much Ashford Ridge.
