Excellent efficiency. After I bought a lot today, using online bidding, the invoice was quickly available, to be settled without any waste of time. The staff have been extremely helpful, and since I live too far away to collect in person I particularly appreciate their willingness to despatch my purchase by the Royal Mail signed for service. A very good first experience.

Good auction house. I have bought from lots of auction houses and this is the quickest that I have received from. Packaging could have been better, but nothing was damaged. The price was fair. I have paid over £100 for one lot to be dispatched previously. This was £17 for one lot. Got what I paid for and promptly too, so no complaints. 4 stars because the packaging could have been tidier and more secure.

Super fast delivery and reasonable postage. That's what all buyers want. Little bit disappointed as I was highest bidder one more item ( nice Churchill silver proof medals by pinches) but unfortunately sale could not be processed as seller wanted more than was my bid. I can deal with that, as we all know what our collectables worth. Maybe would be easier for bidders if you could state in future reserve on items. But otherwise excellent communication and nice approach to clients.

Great place to get amazing plants, friendly people burger van on site to keep you going while you're here. Agacultural equipment, and many more items up for sale, well worth a look round.

Some of the items I bought turned out to be damaged. They will say I should have requested a condition report but I don't think it's too much to ask that they list items as A/F or not in working order.
Other items with incorrect descriptions, one listed as being silver...it's not. Another listed as being gold, the mark on it says gold plated.
Item listed as tested to be 9ct gold I suspect are only tested on the surface material. No guarantees are given but simply handling the items it is clear from the weight that it isn't solid gold.

I've bought from over 50 auctions houses and these are the worst I've dealt with. Everything is too much trouble would be a good slogan. I bought 2 pencils for £38. They are small and of low value. they are asking £24 to post them to me. Most auction houses in this situation will put them in an envelope and charge you £5-£10 which is perfectly acceptable. I'd even buy the postage online and have the royal mail deliver the label. These refuse to help and their reason - there isn't a postbox nearby. Come on Ashley Waller, this isn't fair. Had I known how difficult your people would be about doing a simple thing I wouldn't have bothered. If you need your lot posting I'd think carefully before using these guys. I think I'm a pretty reasonable punter and I wouldn't ask a service provider to underttake work at a loss. This is very poor service and profiteering. Two pens for £38 but £62 with postage - come one !
