I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing an Aspen Mini Lime pump to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, my experience with these products has been nothing short of a nightmare. These pumps are unreliable and poorly built, breaking down after just a few months of use each time. I’ve had to replace the pumps in both of my air conditioning units every single year, and it’s clear these products are simply not fit for purpose.

The quality is abysmal—these pumps start leaking and malfunctioning with minimal use, despite being marketed as robust and durable. I only operate my air conditioning units during the summer months, and yet, without fail, the pumps fail within this short timeframe.

What’s worse is the customer service from Aspen Pumps. They completely wash their hands of any responsibility, directing you back to the seller rather than addressing the issue themselves, even though they are the manufacturer. This leaves customers like me stuck with a faulty product and no real support from the company that made it. It’s infuriating and incredibly frustrating.

For anyone in the market for a reliable condensate pump, avoid Aspen at all costs. There are other suppliers out there who offer far better products and actually stand behind them. With Aspen, as soon as something goes wrong (and it will), you’ll be left without any meaningful support. I deeply regret not researching alternatives before purchasing these pumps, and I hope others can learn from my mistake. Don’t get caught out like I did—stay far away from Aspen Pumps.

These pumps are absolutely awful. I’ve had to replace mine every year because they constantly leak after just a few months of use. The quality is terrible, and the customer service is even worse—they simply push you back to the seller without offering any real help. Avoid these pumps at all costs and choose a more reliable brand.

If there were zero stars available for Aspen Pumps, it would not even come close to how poor the service was from the company. How they’ve even got even one 5* review is beyond me, they must’ve purposely ordered a malfunctioned pump
. Awful product & even worse service. Absolutely avoid unless you want to incur several trips to boots for the amount of paracetamol required to relieve you of the headache Aspen cause you.

Pumps started leaking. Called up Aspen they didnt want to know, directed me back to seller who directed me back to Aspen. Cat and mouse, manufacturer should take responsibility. Customer service was non-existent. May want to look at alternatives before you buy from these lot.
