A fantastic venue. Friendly and helpful staff welcome you as you arrive. We always have a great night here. Last night was LEGEND the music of Bob Marley. Michael Anton Phillips and his dynamic band entertained us for 2 1/2 hrs of uplifting reggae classics that had everyone up dancing and smiling. An incredible tribute to the great Bob Marley.

Always a wonderful venue to visit. Such lovely staff who are always willing to assist and go the extra mile for everyone.
The venue has the most amazing shows. We've seen acts from tribute singers, top touring West End productions to even circus acts. Would be nice to reintroduce more ice-cream flavours and have coke, lemonade, fanta, etc, on tap rather than be given a pint tin of lemonade for a shandy but apart from that very minor niggle, I honestly can't fault this place. It's a great venue to have in a great location.

I was at The Assembly Hall theatre last night to see Legend The Music of Bob Marley, brilliant show, beautiful venue, good vibes, amazing atmosphere inside the place, a very nice old fashion theatre.. A special mention to the duty manager and his amazing team of people around him, we all had a good time, especially dancing in every corner of the building.. I will come back again.
Highly recommended.
Thank you to you all

This a great venue in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.

We've now seen several shows here and would highly recommend it.

Good value for money and highly professional productions.

Great seats with great views across the theatre.

It has a bar area downstairs, with beverages and bar snacks and plenty of toilets.

It's a nice theatre. Bar is expensive but that's the case with all theatres. There's clear views of the stage from all the seats. Seating is pretty comfortable. There are car parks within 10 minutes walking and the railway station is a similar distance although be prepared to walk up a steep hill coming to the theatre. If you wanted to eat before your performance then there's quite a few restaurants nearby.

I’ve been to this venue twice this year. Lovely intimate theatre. Good view of the stage. Pleasant staff too. The only issue was ice creams could only be bought cashless… okay for me but not everyone has that facility. A great time had on both occasions.
