We had a new electric gate system fitted by Assured in late 2021 and initially had a great service and system… However the aftercare is non existent and since August of 2024 we have had an issue with our gate buzzer so are not getting any signal despite having it serviced every year…. Assured want £1400 for a new key pad ?…. I have sent many many emails to see if it can be fixed as this seems strange that it has only lasted 3 years?….. No response or to even say get a second opinion…. Terrible customer service and do not understand how they cannot even reply to emails?

Excellent, prompt service. Good price for what you’re getting. Quick manufacture and installation. Gates look better than what we expected and the house feels so safe now.

Excellent service and a great result. Lovely guys to have on your property also. Good questions asked at the time of quoting for the work. Very professional at all times. Our electric gate was installed by Gary of Assured Gate Services a year ago and it has worked perfectly ever since, except for me damaging one of the photocells! We contacted Gary to ask for help replacing it and this has been done with the minimum of fuss. It's good to know that you can still find firms that provide excellant customer service and who are happy to make time for the little jobs.

We recently contacted Gary over the Christmas period, as we had moved home and come across what we thought was a minor fault with our new electric gates. Gary was extremely responsive and visited early New Years Eve and got his quote straight over to us after. Compared to other organisations who we had just left VM too.
Gary has just recently finished and we are extremely impressed with the results! The system was a mess which meant more work for Gary but he managed it within the timeframe he had agreed. Overall Gary is extremely tenacious and personable and was patient enough to answer all my 101 questions making sure I understood what work had been carried out and how it all operated. We are really pleased with the results and would highly recommend Gary and his team to anyone who requires a service or repairs on electric gates.

In common with plenty of other reviews and comments about this business, they are completely unreliable, they happily ignore calls and messages, have no regard for customers - wether routine or urgent, you will join the list of dissatisfied and bemused people who dared to think that this business is likely to look after them or care about their outcomes in any way whatsoever. Fortunately, there are far far better and reliable gate automation businesses in the region. Find them, use them, don’t join the list.
