Whilst the blinds install look good and work effectively, ensure you confirm that the company cover your area. I had two window blinds installed and when I returned to have the third and fourth final windows to be fitted, a note of measurements was printed off by the assistant which had a very offensive message printed in large bold lettering on the form implying that they had to travel to fit (Distance of approx 9 miles). Hence the 2 star rating for overall customer service.

Excellent and first class from start to finish. The measurements were done at a time suitable for myself, with options explain. The choice of blinds was massive with colour and style to match needs. The price was competitive, but with compromise on quality. The fitting timescale was flexible for my needs. The fitting and finish is exceptional. Highly recommended people give Astra a call for a quote.

I have just had vertical and roller blinds fitted by Ian from Astra blinds. From when I first went into the shop and till today the customer service was excellent. The fitters came at the time they were supposed to and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful
