Truly excellent service. From my first phone call to the actual fixing of the issue Atapos have been exceptional. They fitted me in at late notice and kept me informed of their arrival time, arriving when they said they would. The diagnostic was quick, thorough and everything was clearly explained in layman's terms. Everything was fixed and back up and running well within an hour. Cannot recommend highly enough. Pawel and the Atapos team did a great job in supplying and fitting a new boiler at a competitive price. They were highly efficient, very polite and professional, and completed the job in a clean and tidy way. They had to work around issues the house presented but this never phased them. Snags were dealt with very promptly. All the way through they were responsive and knowledgeable. Great team to work with, Highly recommended.

Somewhere in Britain you might find a plumber as good as Pavel Zaparta, But I don't envy your attempt.
Pavel is just an expert plumber. He correctly diagnosises and rectifies not always obvious problems. He arrives when he says he will. His prices are extremely reasonable. And he's a lovely man to go with it.

Atapos were absolutely excellent when we discovered a sudden leak under the kitchen floor. They arrived straight away and resolved a very complicated problem quickly and efficiently. They also ensured that the problem would not recur. They were hardworking , polite and very capable and I will definitely use their services again .

This chap was so kind and patient when my elderly father had an emergency pipe work leak. We tried Pawel’s number because the first quote seemed a bit steep. Pawel did the job for half the price and amazingly managed to do it without tearing up the bathroom for access. If you have more vulnerable people that need help, I would not hesitate to recommend Pawel. His wife was also very patient and good with Dad over the phone. Thank you both.

Atapos are a first class firm, supplying and fitting a new boiler at short notice at a competetive price and were always on time. Highly efficient, very professional job and incredibly clean and tidy worksmanship. Subsequent snags dealt with promptly and a follow on job. Very polite team and really nice people to welcome to ones home. Pawel is highly knowledgable and a true problem solver with a first class work ethic. Nothing was too much trouble. The office side was also highly efficient and I can't recommend them more highly.
