Pergola assembly was fantastic just over 3 hours and was perfect, you could tell this was expertly done, polite professional and efficient, our large terrace is not completely level, but was assembled taking that into account and the technician explained everything every step of the way. The assembly guys were great hardly any mess or noise and they took all the cardboard packaging away which were so pleased about . Bought a Neptune Deluxe Pergola from ATM Living and have to say that I would highly recommend buying from them. They were extremely helpful with my questions on the couple of days before I made my purchase. My pergola was sent within days of my purchase I would also say that the couriers they use were also very good. They were a couple of hours later than their first ETA but the guys doing the delivery rang me to let me know.. To be fair they came a long way down the M6. They were very good, courteous & helpful when they arrived. The pergola too me (69) and my 16 year old grandson about 3 1/2 hours to erect. Would have been quicker if grandson did not have his phone in one hand. ( Joke). Fairly simple to erect but recommend spending 1/2 hour study of the instruction before hand. All in all my wife and I really pleased with it. I have added photos.

Amazing from start to finish. I absolutely love my new pergola. The quality is unreal. The fitting team were wonderful too. Nothing was a hassle for them. And to top things off it's a local family run business, which is much better than big chains. I would highly recommend this company.

I am absolutely thrilled with my sofa set and the white glove assembly was well worth the money, they arrived on time, set up and showed me how to adjust the table then took all the packing away. It is beautiful, well made and I love the height adjustment, makes it a much more practical space. I also emailed for advice on the differences between Oxford and Cotswold as I didn’t want an overly grey set and the advice given was spot on. Always a bit worried when ordering online but had a great experience.

Very pleased with my Neptune 3 x 4. Nicely packaged, good instructions it all fitted together very well indeed. I had to contact ATM by telephone/email and I have to say that the customer service levels are first class.

Relatively easy to put together, although the written instructions aren't the clearest for some aspects - other companies provide video tuitions for general comparison with similar products. The electrical cable is approx 2.5m long & is fixed within a certain leg - you cannot change this due to the light switch. LEDs are bright white - I'd have liked a bit of variation, at least a soft white option. Generally very happy with the pergola with the blinds - it was worth the 3 month wait.
Communication from the company was fairly poor throughout. Had to chase the order numerous times and at one point the person I spoke to couldn't find the order. Conflicting email messages didn't hep matters; an item should actually be in the country having cleared customs and be checked / taken onto account in the warehouse before being 'available' ahead of dispatch.
