Cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Called them on Monday this week and explained i was having issues with how much force it was taking to close the pop top roof on my campervan. Zoe was very helpful and spoke with the technical team who advised replacing my gas struts with a slightly reduced (in force) set may help. Zoe promptly contacted their supplier and got a new set sent out directly to me, which i received on Wednesday morning ! I have since fitted them and it has resolved my issue.

The customer service provided by Zoe and the team is the best i have ever seen from any company i have dealt with over the years. A breath of fresh air !

Max and his team provide an absolutely amazing and professional service. I initially contacted them for advice and help, and visited them today. Nothing was too much trouble—they went out of their way, despite being busy, to assist me.

I run a camper rental business, so having a company like this on hand, offering such excellent aftercare, really puts my mind at ease. All of my campers, past and present, will have nothing but Austop roofs. I can’t wait to get one on my new T7 in the near future!

Can't speak highly enough regarding the customer service of this company. Zoe was extremely helpful in resolving an issue we had with one of the gas struts fitted to the bed. She sent us a replacement pair of struts, without hesitation, and advised us on the fitting of them. My husband, who is 85, managed to get them installed and now the bed is working perfectly. First class assistance, a company which can be trusted. Thank you Austops the pop up is brilliant.

Having bought a new camper conversion, the Austops roof was found to have been incorrectly fitted. Zoe at Austops couldn't have been more helpful, directing us to an experienced local fitter for a second opinion. A replacement roof canvas was fitted by one of their registered fitters and we are so pleased with the result. Just back from a trip where the poptop had to endure an extreme thunderstorm with rain intensity of 50mm per hour for well over an hour. It was like sitting in a carwash. The canvas held up incredibly and we couldn't find a single leak or damp patch.
We've also realised that our Austops roof gives us more headroom than other brands. Being tall, this is a real bonus, especially when using the roof bed.

This is really a super nice company,
with modern technology they make the most beautiful elevating roofs.
And we are very happy that we are now allowed to import these roofs for the mainland of Europe!

After having my poptop fitted it was found to be incorrectly fitted.
I was advised to contact Austops directly. They wasn’t happy with the fitment and sent me to a trusted company.
After they inspected my van Austops agreed with them that the whole roof needed replacing.
I couldn’t believe this service specially as it was a fitting issue.
They arranged for work to be done , received updates regularly with pictures throughout the work.

On the day of collection we couldn’t believe what we saw. The van looked fantastic and the roof fitted great, we got full demonstration of lifting and lowering the roof. Tracey couldn’t believe how easy it was compared to the initial roof. The finish to trim was brilliant, they re installed the original lights in rear so we have light when doors open (left out by previous installer).

We have to say the service, customer care and product are second to none. Everyone wanted to and did everything to help us.

Couldn't be happier with the service from Austops. They were so accommodating and so helpful even helping out with extra canvas material so I could make my own awning.

The pop top itself is really robust and well made and the colour match to my van is perfect. My van has spent the last 6month in all kinds of wind, rain and snow and had absolutely no problems at all. Better still for the price I find it hard to see where the other more expensive pop top suppliers justify the extra costs. The money I saved went a long way in my conversion.
