2 hour wait, £120 seemed expensive to take my car a few miles to my local garage. Recovery man was polite but pushed very hard to take my car to his garage, he was very persistent, but I just kept saying no, until he finally agreed to take me to my local garage. I personally will not use them again, but that's just my personal opinion.

we called 4 times trying to get a tow... each time we rang all we got was an answerphone saying that we couldn't leave a message as their messages were full (so much for 24/7 response)... so we were stranded... (we had breakdown insurance but the breakdown service said that if it was a pothole puncture she wasn't covered as its considered an 'accident'? what a cop out? but tried contacting these as they were very local to daughters address ...and as mentioned... no reply just a full messaging inbox ?‍♀️?)

The service was OK, but not very fast and the amount I got charged for recovery to my house that was a few minutes away was way too high. I was not on a busy road and the car was not broken but stuck. I would not advise anyone to go with these guys. My local garage would have charged me 70 instead of 300 quid I got charged. They seemed to overcharge because they knew we needed the service urgently.

After my car was playing up when starting it, I replaced it with a battery from Halfords which wasn't upto the job resulting in me not being able to to restart it. Auto recovery picked it up, towed it to their garage, tested the battery (which had nowhere near enough power) replaced it with a better one and carried out repair work on the wiring... Fantastic service. Highly recommended. Many thanks

Had Two Vehicles transported ,Auto Recovery were punctual and professional at all time ,particularly with the current Covid19 on going situation.Big Thanks to Steve the driver as nothing was too much trouble!
Would recommend anytime without hesitation.

Negative experience. Car flooded response time was good yes and agreed on a price of £150 last night. Car picked up today and an extra £114 added on aswell as being spoken to rudely.

I broke down and blew out two tyres on a dangerous and busy country road... RAC quoted me £178 + £2 per mile... Auto recovery quoted me £80, arrived within the time and took it to the garage I asked ready for repair in the morning ... Friendly service as well. Highly recommended

Amazing service. Wayne was patient when trying to describe where the car was and got the car out and to the repair centre within a hour.

Well recommended. Although hope not need to use again in a hurry :-).
