I ordered over the Easter bank holiday, so as expected the order wasn't processed until normal working had resumed and it did arrive next working day. Although I've not used it in anger yet, it seems decent enough for the job I require it to do. My only concern would be the availability and price of replacement dust bags. Otherwise I'm happy with the purchase and service.

Watch out for this company especially buying from amazon. When you need to return an item they play the system by not entering the correct tracking details and when you open a return amazon thinks its for the item not arriving and not because you need to return, then they close the case when the seller provides the tracking info. Then you have to jump through hoops with amazon because the first case you opened was already closed due to them updating the tracking. They think they are clever doing this but not so clever when amazon are notified about this scam and also credit card charge back put in place
