Was a bit skeptical buying due to previous reviews and when my order ended up taking longer to arrive I contacted customer service with my chin down. Turns out the case (Phanteks NV5 v1) I had ordered was not in production or stock anymore. Although this should’ve been counted and sorted before I ordered it, customer service responded same day and got I got a free upgrade to the V2 model in 2 days (Delivered over the weekend!) Was really happy with customer service and how they sorted the issue. Thank you. Will be sure to recommend and use again for any PC builds I have.

I had positive experiences in the past with this vendor but this time they’ve greatly disappointed me. Ordered a Corsair 7000X full-tower case, received a 5000D mid-tower. How do you even confuse the two? The packaging couldn’t be clearer, and they are two different sizes! Being close to Easter, I’ll have to wait until next week to receive the right case (which I had to buy from another vendor). Even though I purchased via Amazon, I’ll still have to wait for them to follow-up after Easter to arrange a collection! And the Amazon representative warned me I might have to arrange it myself!!! I reserve the right to edit this review based on the kind of support I receive and whether or not they deal with and pay for the collection. Very disappointing experience.

A thoroughly dishonest company. Not only did I have to chase them to order parts their website said was in stock but then failed to send out said order with the correct delivery details. Do not buy from them.

I spoke to multiple people at AWD-IT during this ordeal and everyone one of them turned out to be lying. If it was just one person I could understand it’s just a bad apple but when 3 members of staff all tell you lies it’s safe to say that it’s company policy to lie to customers.

Just ordered a pc and received wonderful help from Sam who helped me through the spec I needed. Great service so far! Will update review when I received PC 🙂

UPDATE: Ok so I ordered the PC on Tuesday (didn't pay any extra for fast postage) and it arrived very securely boxed on Friday! Three days to build and deliver a custom built PC!

Also a couple of questions I had with wifi/drivers etc were answered and sorted out with the after sales service which I was able to get through to within seconds of calling them.

All in all an amazing personal service from AWD-IT. I wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future and would urge anyone to by a pc from them without an worry.

Thanks to Sam and Finn especially 🙂

Bought parts for a pc along with a case.

The case says it was in stock on their website.
They shipped the parts without the case and didn’t make any effort to communicate that they do not have the PC case in stock.
Spent hours calling them and waiting for a call back only to be told the best they can do was give me a cheaper substitute for it.

Spoke with multiple people who promised would get back to me but I ended up having to call them back to get an update instead. I took time off work to put this together and ended up wasting my time sorting out issues their poor communication caused. No offer of any compensation for inconvenience caused. Even express delivery took 3 business days to arrive to me.

They also packaged an OEM Processing core in nothing but a bubble wrap. A part worth £450 and the best they can ensure its quality in is a bubble wrap.
