Really happy with the French doors we had made to measure. Spoke over the phone for advice with adding an additional 25mm add on to the head of the door as we had a oppennig height of 2230mm. Was really helpful.

Doors arrived in time and tracking was really good.
Doors arrived in perfect condition and were really easy to assemble and install. Was a lot more resonably priced than anywhere else I looked.

Will definitely use again for any other doors or windows.

Recently bought a French door. The quality and the service offered by the AWM it has been fantastic. Highly recommended. Next year I'll buy few window for sure from them.

Refused to refund a window that was broken on delivery!
I recently purchased a made-to-measure window from AWM Windows and unfortunately, a window pane arrived broken. Despite my clear statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the company is refusing to provide a refund or arrange for the return of the faulty product.
I was told by a manager, Mike, that the company's terms and conditions state that they do not refund made-to-measure windows that are faulty on delivery, but this is illegal. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described have to be refunded or replaced. This includes made-to-measure products. The company cannot limit or exclude these rights.
I chose to have the window refunded as I am now not able to arrange for the replacement window to be fitted until next year when I am back in the country.
When I spoke to the manager on the phone he refused to acknowledge my legal rights and then hung up on me. It has been very disappointing to deal with AWM Windows, and I strongly advise potential customers to be aware of their rights and the company’s obligations. My experience has been frustrating and unresolved, and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Customer service was great. On the day of delivery I noticed I’d made a mistake on the delivery address, someone answered the phone straight away and they managed to fix it there and then.

It’s always a minefield buying things online but at least here you can phone up and speak to a person.

The door was as described and supplied at a good price (only went in a few days ago but no issues yet).

Seen some bad reviews on here but in my experience they have been great. I had some questions regarding frame dimensions before ordering and all were answered (dimensions spot on).

I ordered using the made to measure function online, the doors arrived when they said and looked great. Maybe some instructions on the hinge adjustments could be provided, I haven't seen this type before but soon worked it out.

The best value for money, selection, quality and service!

I ordered a composite front door off AWM. I used the online ordering platform and called them to clarify a few things as I'm not in that trade. Mick walked me through the ordering system which helped me get the best for my budget. The door came within a couple of weeks and i was expecting an average product. I was wrong, the door is as good as they come, absolutely brilliant.
The choice of hardware (locking mechanisms, hinges etc.)is brilliant, perhaps spoilt for choice is a fitting comment.
Going fwd, AWM will be my go to supplier in the future.

THIS COMPANY HAS COST ME THOUSANDS DUE TO DAMAGED GOODS AND DELAYS!

I purchased windows and doors from this company and 13 out of the 15 items delivered were damaged, due to the windows/ doors having no packaging for transport. The customer service has been shockingly bad, staff are rude and no-one seems to care or want to take responsibility. We notified them immediately of the damage but heard nothing back. After chasing by telephone I finally managed to get a new delivery date of replacements, but when I phoned a week before for ETA and was told they were not delivering replacements on said date and have pushed the delivery date back again, meaning it will be 5 weeks since original delivery date! This has resulted in me having to pay window fitters, scaffolders, plasterers, tilers, carpet fitters (for the second time) to all do nothing as I still have no adequate windows to fit and they are all unable to do their work.

3 weeks from when original delivery date and the issue is still not resolved and this company is costing me money by the day.

Unfortunately we got Craig as our point of contact and it turns out he is harder to get hold of than the pope; but don't worry when he does call you back, the conversation is packed with rudeness and abuse and will then hang up so he doesn't have to actually do any work. He rather politely today told my partner to "stop playing a f-ing game and getting everyone involved". He will also like to throw out of date legislation into emails so do your research. He also loves to do a little google and found my company and then made threats of slander against me, for no valid reason.

I will never be purchasing from this company again!
