Ordered some Churchill cutlery online recently and unbeknown to me I had ordered incorrect spoons…
The next working day i received a very nice email from Darren Benton who wanted to check my choice and advise of a potential order error. Absolutely brilliant customer service as I was unaware of my error and it was corrected and the difference refunded instantly!

Amazing service by BG Benton Catering. Called Darren yesterday (Thursday) in desperate plea to arrange an urgent supply of Steelite bowls. He instantly checked if there was stock at Steelite and told me to put the order in online and it will be with you tomorrow next day delivery. Order was placed before midday and had a confirmation from Darren around 1pm to expect it tomorrow. And as promised it got delivered safe and all in one piece before midday via APC. They offer good prompt service and are trustworthy.

Beware!This company is out to rob you, as noted in other reviews, in my case i ordered a large quantity of plates and due to some fault we had to exchange a some items and were told we would be getting a refund. its one year later , constant emails with no replys various phonecalls, with false promises of being refunded, or silly excuses as such as the book keeper being away etc... BEWARE !!!

They offer chip resistant Churdhill crockery with 5 yaar guarantee of replacing if the crockery if it gets chipped ... but they won't do it... Sending them emails and reminders since last year and they just choose to ignore. Think before you buy from them.
